Alexander Lazovsky, CEO

Mr. Lazovsky has a track record of leading technology teams, delivering products and services. He was a founder and CEO of MedStream Solutions. Prior to founding Nareos, he served as Executive Director, CTO at DietWatch Inc. Prior to that, he served as Director of R&D at SoftWatch Inc., a leading provider of e-healthcare relationship management (eHRM) products and services for the global healthcare industry. He was an active member of the company management, involved in all professional decisions and overall strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the company. He has rich experience closely working with Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Lazovsky holds an International Executive MBA (major in High Tech Management) from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University - Recanati School of Business, Tel Aviv University. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Management Science from Tel Aviv University.

Alexander Zaidelson, Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Zaidelson is a skilled high-tech professional with years of expertise in a wide spectrum of technologies from low-level system programming to large scale internet-based systems. Prior to founding Nareos, he held various key positions in R&D groups of lead technological companies such as Mercury Interactive, SoftWatch, Demantra and Kenwick. He led various company-critical technology projects, including integration with enterprise-level systems from leading vendors, such as Siebel Systems and Interwoven. Mr. Zaidelson has invaluable experience in close work with IT departments of major companies such as GE, Nationwide, Countrywide Financial, Bank of America, Dow Chemical, Electronic Arts, Telenor, Coca-Cola, Siemens and others. Mr. Zaidelson is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer

Mr. Zaidelson holds an MBA (specialization in Entrepreneurship and Finance) from Recanati School of Business, Tel Aviv University. He also has an M.A. (Cum Laude) in Computer Science and Applied Linguistics from St. Petersburg State University.

Jhanna Proger-Lazovsky, Vice President, R&D

Ms. Proger is an experienced high-tech professional with an impressive background in complex large-scale software systems design, engineering, product development and project management. She has years of expertise in Internet technologies. Prior to founding Nareos, she held key R&D positions at NextNine, Nareo and RadVision.

Ms. Proger holds an MBA (specialization in Entrepreneurship and Finance) from Recanati School of Business, Tel Aviv University. She holds also a B.Sc. (Cum Laude) in Computer Science, Statistics and Operational Research from Tel-Aviv University.
